※As a food retailer, we do not offer mailbox delivery where products may be exposed to hot sun or extreme cold for extended periods (excluding salt, salt and pepper, and miscellaneous goods, which are resistant to temperature changes). ※The storage period for Yamato Transport Express, Yu-Pack, and LetterPack Plus after the first delivery attempt is 7 days, and for Yamato Cool Express, it is 3 days including the first delivery date. If you were unable to receive your package on the first delivery attempt, please refer to the absence notification and request redelivery within the above storage period.
If redelivery is not requested, the items will be returned to our store. In that case, we will unfortunately cancel your order. Only the amount of the product代金, minus shipping fees, will be refunded.

※We are unable to accept requests for unattended delivery, as we (the sender) may not be able to request unattended delivery from the shipping company. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

As a guideline, delivery of your order is expected to be on the day after or two days after shipment at the earliest. (This depends on the number of flights to the nearest airport, weather conditions, and traffic. Deliveries to Hokkaido or remote islands may take longer.)

*Deliveries from Okinawa to outside the prefecture or to remote islands via Click Post will be by sea, so it will take about 4 to 7 days from shipment to delivery.

*You can specify the delivery date and time in the "Remarks" field in the cart or via the inquiry form (if you wish for the earliest possible delivery, please place your order without specifying a delivery date).
However, delivery on the specified date and time may not be possible in the following cases. Please be aware of this in advance.

Our store sells a large quantity of food and miscellaneous goods from Okinawa Prefecture on Amazon under the store name "Uchinamun" (as an Okinawan company, we are Amazon's top seller by sales). In addition, we also sell various products on this website and at our physical store near the Naha Public Market, which allows us to place large orders and make bulk purchases at a reduced unit cost.

Most of our products are sourced within Okinawa Prefecture and shipped from Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. Unlike stores outside the prefecture, there is no need to add shipping costs to the selling price.

[Simple Packaging, Recycled Packaging]

Uchinamun uses recycled cardboard boxes for cost reduction (and environmental protection) and packs and ships products with simple packaging. (There are exceptions, such as sending products in their original boxes without opening them upon arrival, or using Letter Pack, etc.)
We reduce packaging costs and try to prevent packages from becoming unnecessarily large (and thus incurring high shipping costs).
Please note that the cardboard boxes we use are new boxes that were used for shipping new products and have no odor or damage.
