  • Costs Other Than Product Price

    ・Consumption tax:
    All displayed prices include tax. There is no separate charge for consumption tax.

    ・Shipping fee:
    Set products are free of shipping charges (shipping included), while individual items (products sold in arbitrary quantities) have a flat shipping fee of 1300 yen nationwide, regardless of product type or quantity (set products are cheaper for the same quantity).

    *Even if individual items are purchased at the same time as set products, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the individual items.

    *If payment is made by bank transfer, the customer is also responsible for the bank transfer fee.


     

  • About Receipts

    We apologize, but to prevent duplicate receipt issuance, we do not issue (send or enclose) individual receipts to customers.
    We appreciate your understanding and ask that you obtain or substitute your receipt by one of the following methods:

     (If you wish to download, please register as a member and place your order after logging in)
    ・Use your credit card statement as a substitute

    *The receipt downloadable from your order history on the account page after logging in is in PDF format. It meets the requirements for a qualified invoice compatible with the invoice system, and no revenue stamp is required even for transactions exceeding 50,000 yen.

    *Credit card statements can also be used as a substitute for receipts for tax returns, etc.


  • Product Delivery Time

    We strive to ship within 5 business days after order confirmation, but it may take longer for popular products or if holidays fall between order placement and shipping. Additionally, for products with unstable production (arrival) or low stock, we indicate this on the product details page, so please refer to it.
    When the product is shipped, we will notify you by email of the shipment and provide the tracking number. The estimated delivery time is typically the day after or two days after shipment.

    *We accept orders for products that are currently out of stock but are expected to arrive soon. If an item is out of stock, the order will be confirmed upon its arrival, allowing us to ship the product at the earliest possible time.

  • Special Provisions for Returns

    If you receive a product different from your order or a defective product, we sincerely apologize and ask you to contact us via the email form below within 7 days of product arrival. We will bear the return shipping cost and promptly process a return or exchange. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or stained while in your possession.

 

  • Order and Return Validity Period

    If you return (ship) the product within 7 days of its arrival, we will accept returns due to customer convenience. However, in this case, the return shipping fee and handling charges will be borne by the purchaser, and the refund will be the amount paid minus the delivery shipping fee and handling charges.

    *If we bear the return shipping cost (e.g., C.O.D.), the return shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.

    *If a product shipped to you is returned to us without being received by you, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the refund will be the amount paid minus the product shipping fee and handling charges.

(Approximately 5 minutes straight from the side of Don Quijote on Kokusai Street into Market Hon-dori Shopping Street, or about 1 minute from in front of 7-Eleven on Ukishima Street into Market Chuo-dori Shopping Street.)
Although it's a little away from Kokusai Street, many products are available at lower prices here.
