☆LetterPack Light and Click Post are delivered to mailboxes (which may be exposed to high or low temperatures for extended periods), so most food products are excluded.

◎For Yu-Pack and Yamato Express, we use recycled cardboard boxes (new boxes that contained various new products delivered to our store, free of odors or damage) and simple packaging to pack and ship products, for cost reduction and environmental protection.

◎All frozen foods (refrigerated/frozen delivery) will be shipped via Yamato Transport. If you order frozen foods and other products simultaneously, we may ship them in two or more packages, regardless of the total quantity or size.

◎Products that are at risk of damage or deformation during delivery, such as those listed below, will be delivered via Yamato Transport or Yu-Pack, even if they would fit in a LetterPack.

If redelivery is not requested, the product will be returned to our store. In such cases, your order will unfortunately be canceled. The product price you paid will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

The estimated delivery date for your order is the day after or two days after the shipping date at the earliest. (This depends on the number of flights to the nearest airport, weather conditions, and traffic conditions. For deliveries to Hokkaido or remote islands, it may take longer.)

*Deliveries from Okinawa to outside the prefecture or to remote islands via Click Post will be by sea, so it will take 4-7 days from shipping to delivery.

*We accept delivery date and time requests in the "Remarks" field in your cart and through the inquiry form (if you wish for the fastest delivery, please place your order without specifying a delivery date).
However, delivery on the specified date and time may not be possible in the following cases. We ask for your understanding in advance.

・When shipping with Click Post or Letter Pack (if the packaged item fits into an A4 size thick paper envelope, weighs less than 4kg, and is shipped at room temperature)

*We do not accept requests for leave-at-door delivery, as we (the sender) may not be able to request leave-at-door delivery from the shipping carrier. We appreciate your understanding.

*During New Year's holidays, Golden Week, etc., many manufacturers and wholesalers enter long holidays, making it difficult to secure products. Our store sells a large quantity of Okinawan food products and sundries under the store name "Uchinamun" on Amazon (as an Okinawan company, we have the highest sales on Amazon). In addition, we also sell various products on this website and at our physical store near the Naha Public Market, which allows us to place large orders and purchase in bulk at a reduced cost per unit.

[Shipped from Okinawa Prefecture]

Most products are sourced within Okinawa Prefecture and shipped from Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. This eliminates the need to add shipping costs to the selling price, unlike stores outside the prefecture.

[Simple Packaging / Recycled Packaging]
